  • DOES THE COLOR OF THE PARTS SLIP?
    The pieces are made with recycled glass as raw material and adding a formula created in Xaquixe, allows us to use the colors for glass of the best quality in the market. These colors are glass subjected to oxidation processes so that it is glass that fuses with our formulated glass. The pieces do not lose color with use or passage of time.

  • WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF RECEIVING AN ITEM IN BAD CONDITIONS?
    In case of receiving a product in poor condition you can contact our customer service at galeria.xaquixe@gmail to follow up on the case, if it is the responsibility of the parcel, a process will be followed with them but you can always make the replacement the pieces by ones in good conditions.

  • HOW DO I BUY AT XAQUIXE.COM?
    1. Choose the category
    2. Visualize the article / s that interests you / n. Through a click you will enter the article page where you can see photographs, colors, available sizes, price and other details.
    3. Select the color Then you can choose to continue buying or placing an order.
    4. If you want to continue buying, repeat the process but if you want to place the order you can process it as a guest or register as a user.
    5. Once you have entered your data, check that they are correct and click "pay" to carry out the payment.
    6. You will receive an email confirming the "receipt of the order".
    7. Once the order has been sent you will receive an email of "confirmation of the shipment" with the tracking number.
